About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Nathalie, welcome to my profile. I understand taking the first steps to reach out for therapy are difficult. Please let me help you by offering a free in person or virtual consultation to explore your needs.
I help clients with a variety of difficulties including:
anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder, self-harm, burnout, grief and loss experiences, meaninglessness, trauma, illness and relationship difficulties.
How integrative therapy can help
I will provide you with a safe space to explore your difficulties at your pace. You may wish to address experiences from your past, trauma and current struggles. Through my client work and studies I have learnt how central the therapeutic relationship is to effect change. I will meet you with empathy and warmth to help you explore your meaning. I use different therapeutic approaches to tailor counselling to your unique needs.

My Qualifications and Experience
I have worked in NHS and council community mental health services, psychotherapy centres and for charities. I have an MSc in therapeutic counselling from the University of Greenwich. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy adhering to their ethical guidelines. I offer integrative therapy informed by psychodynamic, attachment-based, gestalt and existential psychotherapy.
In addition to my private work, I offer mental health training and reflective practice to school staff in Brighton and Hove. I recently participated in the Anna Freud National Autism Trainer Program deepening my knowledge on working with neurodivergent clients.
In addition to my clinical work I am on a doctoral program in existential psychotherapy.
