Longer Term: For those seeking a deeper, more exploratory approach, I provide longer-term Humanistic Counselling with a person centred approach of working more gently and compassionately at your own pace, focusing on building a relationship of trust and providing a safe, supportive space for healing and self-discovery.

Hello, I’m Kerry I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ Registered Humanistic Counsellor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments, whatever they maybe, the list is endless… divorce, redundancy, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship breakdown, low self-esteem, bereavement, grief, work related issues, suicidal thoughts, family issues, menopause, anger, dementia, burn out, ADHD, depression, financial issues, aging, illness, disability, loneliness, past trauma, drug and alcohol use, fertility issues and many, many more...

My specialist areas include providing compassionate counselling for those affected by cancer (including family, loved ones and friends) or indeed any illness or chronic condition, diagnosed or undiagnosed and the consequences of such experience.
I have extensive knowledge in the neurodiverse which provides me with a full understanding for clients navigating these unique challenges, and if required, offer tailored support.
