About me and my therapy practice
Hi there, I鈥檓 Geri! I鈥檓 a Registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor with a passion for helping people rediscover their inner strength and take charge of their lives.
I hold a Master鈥檚 Level 7 qualification in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Psychology. I鈥檓 here to help you tackle the challenges life throws your way鈥攚hether it鈥檚 anxiety, stress, low confidence, or unhelpful habits that keep holding you back.
I know life isn鈥檛 always easy, and sometimes you just need a safe space to figure things out. My approach blends therapeutic insight with practical, forward-focused strategies, so you can not just heal, but thrive.

Hi Im Geri.
In a calm, supportive space- whether online or face to face - I help you to untangle anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt that can leave you feeling stuck or exhausted.
I will help you to understand whats going on beneath the surface, regain a sense of calm, and build a safe foundation you can use for life.
I work with a personalised integrative approach, using CBT, solution focussed Therapy and insights from neuroscience to help you understand whats going on beneath the surface and how to live alongside anxiety.
If you are looking for a more collaborative and solution focussed approach, I can help you regain control and build stronger foundations to help you support yourself.
Who I work with
I have a special interest in supporting clients with anxiety, panic, high-functioning anxiety, and ADHD. If you're constantly overthinking, feeling low in confidence, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I can help you reconnect with yourself and regain control.
My goal is to help you understand how your experiences, thoughts, and emotions are linked 鈥 and support you to build healthier patterns, emotional resilience, and a sense of ease in your life again.
For those who prefer more structure, I offer a bespoke 10鈥12 week anxiety programme, blending therapy and practical tools to help you manage symptoms, understand your triggers, and feel more grounded day-to-day.

I can also incorporate neuroscience-based insights, helping you to understand how your brain processes stress, anxiety and emotions. By increasing your self awareness, you can develop healthy patterns, build emotional regulation and regain a sense of balance and control.
