As an integrative psychotherapist, I have a solid foundation in a wide variety of theoretical approaches. 

In my work, I draw upon psychodynamic, humanistic, integrative, and CBT methodologies. I combine a supportive, non-judgmental style while being appropriately challenging, creating an environment that is accepting and empowering for my clients. 

Prioritising the emotional well-being of my clients above all, I skillfully employ various therapeutic tools and approaches. I create a safe space for clients to explore and understand their emotions.
